At PS Shops, we want every buyer to receive the product they ordered in the condition described. To ensure fairness and protection for both buyers and sellers, we maintain a strict returns and refunds policy.

1. No Buyer’s Remorse

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or personal preference. Every sale is considered final unless there is a clear seller error.

2. When Returns & Refunds Are Accepted

A buyer may request a return or refund only if:

     

    • Wrong Item Received – The seller shipped an incorrect product (different model, size, or color).

    • Defective or Not as Described – The product is not functioning, missing parts, or significantly different from the listing.

    • Damaged Due to Seller’s Packaging – The product was poorly packaged by the seller and arrived damaged.

    • Missing Parts or Accessories – The item arrived incomplete compared to the listing description.

3. Timeframes for Reporting

Issues must be reported within the following time limits after delivery:

     

    • Perishables / Grocery: 24 hours

    • Electronics: 72 hours (serial number must match the order)

    • All Other Items: 48 hours

Requests made after these windows will not be accepted.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

     

    • Report issues through PS Shops with photos, order number, and details.

    • Return items (if required) in their original condition and packaging.

    • Follow the return instructions provided by PS Shops and the seller.

5. Seller Responsibilities

If a return or refund is approved due to seller fault, the seller must:

     

    • Accept the return and provide a full refund (or replacement if agreed).

    • Cover all return shipping costs.

    • Process the refund within 5 business days of approval.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective or incorrect:

     

    • Perishables and grocery items.

    • Opened health, wellness, and personal care products.

    • Digital products or downloads once accessed.

    • Customized or made-to-order items (unless incorrect or defective).

    • Gift cards

    • Flowers

    • Newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

    • We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

7. Dispute Resolution

     

    • Buyers should attempt to resolve issues with the seller first.

    • If unresolved within 24 hours, PS Shops will step in to review.

    • PS Shops’ decision is final. False claims or fraudulent evidence may result in account suspension.

8. Refund Process

     

    • Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received or the claim is verified.

    • Refunds are applied your PS Shops wallet and Credits expire from your Wallet after. one year .

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

9. Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address Given by PS Shops or one of our Drop off Locations.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

10. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
