How to Upload Products on PS Shops

Official Seller Listing Guide

Purpose of This Guide

This guide explains how to correctly create, structure, and publish product listings on PS Shops.

Accurate listings are required for:

  • Proper delivery pricing

  • Correct order routing

  • Platform visibility

  • Timely fulfillment

Listings that do not follow this guide may be delayed, corrected, or removed.

Before You Begin (Required)

Before uploading any products, confirm that:

  • Your PS Shops seller account is approved

  • You are logged into your Seller Dashboard

  • The product complies with PS Shops policies

  • You have accurate product information and images available

Incomplete listings slow the entire system.

Step 1: Log In to Your Seller Dashboard

  1. Go to psshops.com

  2. Click Seller Login

  3. Enter your email and password

  4. Open your Seller Dashboard

All product uploads and order management happen here.

Step 2: Navigate to Add New Product

  1. From the left menu, select Products

  2. Click Add New Product

This opens the product creation page.

Step 3: Enter the Product Name (Title)

The product name must clearly identify the item.

Guidelines:

  • Use accurate, descriptive wording

  • Include brand, size, or key identifier where applicable

  • Do not use promotional language or symbols

Correct example:
Natural Shea Butter Body Cream, 8 oz

Incorrect example:
Best Shea Butter Ever

Product titles affect search results and buyer trust.

Step 4: Add the Product Description

The description must accurately explain the product.

Include:

  • What the product is

  • What is included in the purchase

  • Size, quantity, or specifications

  • Usage or care details if applicable

Descriptions must match the actual item being sold. Misleading descriptions may result in disputes or removal.

Step 5: Select the Correct Product Category

Choose the category that best fits the product.

Categories determine:

  • Platform fees

  • Product visibility

  • Delivery rules and pricing

Incorrect categories may cause delivery errors or listing rejection.

Step 6: Upload Product Images

Upload images that accurately represent the product.

Image requirements:

  • At least one primary image with a complete White Background

  • Product must be clearly visible

  • Clean or neutral background recommended

  • No watermarks, borders, or misleading visuals

Images must reflect the exact item the buyer will receive.

Step 7: Set the Product Price

Enter the selling price for the product.

Pricing must:

  • Match the product description

  • Be clear and transparent

  • Cover seller costs and platform fees

Price accuracy is the seller’s responsibility.

Step 8: Set Inventory Quantity

Enter the number of units available.

Sellers must:

  • Keep inventory up to date

  • Avoid overselling

  • Adjust stock promptly when quantities change

Incorrect inventory leads to failed orders.

Step 9: Complete Required Product Attributes (Critical Step)

Product attributes are mandatory system inputs. They are not optional.

Where to Find Attributes

On the product page, locate the Product Data and Attributes sections.
This is where delivery-critical information is entered.

Required Attributes May Include:

  • Item condition

  • Size or dimensions

  • Weight (if applicable)

  • Island where the item is physically located

  • Color, material, or other specifications

Why Attributes Are Required

PS Shops uses attributes to:

  • Calculate delivery pricing

  • Determine delivery eligibility

  • Assign the correct delivery route

  • Identify whether inter-island shipping is required

  • Prevent delivery delays and pricing errors

Why the Island Location Attribute Is Mandatory

The island location tells the system:

  • Where the item starts

  • Which delivery rates apply

  • Whether inter-island transport is needed

  • Which delivery options are available to buyers

If the island location is missing or incorrect, delivery pricing will be wrong.

Listings with missing or inaccurate attributes may be delayed, corrected, or removed.

Step 10: Add Variations (If Applicable)

Use variations if the product has multiple options such as size or color.

Each variation must have:

  • Its own price (if different)

  • Its own stock quantity

Do not create separate listings for variations of the same product.

Step 11: Review the Listing Before Submission

Before submitting, confirm:

  • Product title is accurate

  • Description matches the item

  • Category is correct

  • Images are clear and correct

  • Price and inventory are accurate

  • All required attributes are completed

Reviewing prevents delays and rejections.

Step 12: Submit or Publish the Product

Click Submit or Publish to complete the listing.

Depending on seller status, the product may:

  • Go live immediately, or

  • Be reviewed by PS Shops for compliance

After Publishing

Once approved:

  • The product becomes visible on PS Shops

  • Buyers can place orders

  • Orders are routed through PS Delivery

  • Sellers receive order notifications via the dashboard

Sellers must prepare items promptly once orders are received.

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for:

  • Accurate listings

  • Correct categorization

  • Complete attributes

  • Updated inventory

  • Timely order preparation

  • Compliance with PS Shops policies

Repeated errors may affect seller standing.

Common Reasons Listings Are Rejected

  • Missing or incorrect attributes

  • Incorrect island location

  • Improper category selection

  • Inaccurate descriptions

  • Prohibited or restricted items

Listings may be corrected and resubmitted.
