Getting Started
A: Go to PS Shops make an account > Become a Seller and complete the registration form with your legal name, dedicated business email, phone, and Bahamian business address. You may be required to upload your business license and ID also a photo of your self.
A: No. Sellers must use a business email or one dedicated only to PS Shops.
A: No, unless you receive written permission from PS Shops. Multiple accounts without approval will be permanently suspended.
Listings & Products
A: Every product must include:
Clear title (brand + product + key detail).
At least 3 high-quality photos.
Complete and accurate description.
Specifications (size, weight, model, material).
Condition (New, Used, or Refurbished).
Price in Bahamian Dollars.
A: No. All items must comply with Bahamian law and PS Shops Restricted & Prohibited Products policy. If an item requires a license to sell, the same license is required to list.
A: No. Duplicate or fake listings are forbidden.
Packaging & Delivery
Q: Who delivers my orders?
A: All deliveries are executed by PS Delivery. Sellers must have packages ready on time, properly packaged, and labeled with the Order ID.
Q: What if my packaging causes damage?
A: The seller is 100% responsible. Poor packaging that leads to damage = automatic refund or replacement at seller’s expense.
Q: What is the same-day cutoff time?
A: 3:00 PM Nassau time. Orders confirmed after this time must ship the next business day.
Payments & Fees
Q: How do I get paid?
A: Payouts are made directly to your Bahamian bank account. The account name must match your seller registration.
Q: What fees are charged?
A: PS Shops charges a referral fee (by category) plus a per-item fee and processing costs. See the Seller Fees Schedule for full details.
Q: Do I have to handle taxes?
A: Yes. Sellers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and legal compliance.
Performance Standards
Q: What performance targets must I meet?
A: Sellers must maintain:
Order Defect Rate < 2%
Late Shipment Rate < 4%
Cancellation Rate < 2%
Failure may result in suspension.
Q: What happens if I miss the performance targets?
A: PS Shops may restrict your account, pause payouts, or permanently suspend you.
Restricted & Prohibited Items
Q: Can I sell alcohol?
A: Only pre-approved licensed sellers can list alcohol (wine/spirits). No raw alcohol or distillation kits.
Q: Can I sell animals?
A: No live mammals, endangered species, or illegal wildlife products. Some shellfish, crustaceans, and insects are permitted with proper labeling.
Q: Are weapons or explosives allowed?
A: No. Weapons, explosives, and related products are strictly prohibited.
Communication & Conduct
Q: Can I contact buyers outside PS Shops?
A: No. All communication must remain on the PS Shops platform. Off-platform promotion or harassment will result in suspension.
Q: Can I ask buyers to change their review?
A: No. Manipulating reviews — positive or negative — is forbidden.
Account Issues
Q: What happens if my account is suspended?
A: You will be notified. To appeal, submit a written Plan of Action explaining the violation, corrective steps, and prevention measures. PS Shops’ decision is final.
Q: Can PS Shops change its rules?
A: Yes. Policies may be updated at any time! Sellers are responsible for staying current.
